Labor-Management Partnerships

For continuous improvement to be effective, the district administration, union leaders, and the Board of Education must share a common vision. We provide a roadmap for redefining traditional roles and ensuring authentic partnership and collaboration.

Leadership Engagement and Coaching

We work with your school district to develop a common vision for effective leadership and provide customized support to realize this vision. This often involves one-on-one and group coaching for leaders at the school and district level.

Instructional Coaching and Professional Learning

We leverage 20 years of classroom teaching experience and expertise in instructional design to support educators, coaches, and instructional leaders. Our customized professional development session are available both virtually and in person.

Unpacking Data to Drive Decision Making

We provide training and support in collecting, analyzing, and monitoring your district’s data. We help you establish cycles of inquiry to effectively monitor impact and respond to the needs of the system.

Ann Cummins Bogan started her career as a middle school history teacher. She spent 20 years teaching in both urban and suburban districts throughout the Chicago area. Through that time, Ann experienced the daily struggles teachers face - the frustration, the burnout, and the constant feeling of being overwhelmed and undervalued. She saw a system that needed reimagining.

Since 2016, Ann and ACB Consulting have helped over 250 schools, bringing clarity, simplicity, solutions, and hope to educators across the country. At its core, her work is about rekindling the spark that brought educators to the classroom in the first place.

Ann feels a profound sense of devotion to this work and believes that every educator and student deserves to thrive.
